Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your name, a valid Pakistan mobile number and email address, then choose a strong password. After submitting your details, you will receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify your account. Once confirmed, your account is active and you can make your first deposit.

Yes. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on Bubble Cash. Age verification is part of the registration process. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately, and any associated funds will be handled according to our Terms and Conditions. This policy is firm and non-negotiable.

No. Each player is allowed only one Bubble Cash account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically during the verification process. Deposits & Payments

Bubble Cash supports the most popular payment methods used by Pakistan players. The minimum deposit amount varies slightly by payment method, but in general it starts from a low PKR threshold so players of all budgets can get started. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Bubble Cash account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times — usually within a few hours during business hours. Bubble Cash does not charge any platform-side deposit fees. However, your payment provider — such as your bank or mobile wallet — may apply their own transaction charges on their end. Withdrawals

Select your preferred payout method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer — enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm the request. Make sure your account is fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid delays. Most PKR payouts are processed within the same business day.

Most withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a few hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa payouts are among the fastest, often arriving the same day the request is approved. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on inter-bank processing. You can track the status of your withdrawal request directly from your account dashboard at any time.

A withdrawal may be placed on hold for a few reasons: your account verification documents have not been fully submitted or confirmed, an active bonus has wagering requirements that are not yet complete, or the withdrawal was flagged for a routine security review. Check your account notification centre for any outstanding tasks. If everything looks fine on your end and the withdrawal is still pending after 24 hours, contact support through live chat with your withdrawal reference number.

A wagering requirement means you need to play through your bonus amount a certain number of times before any winnings generated from that bonus can be withdrawn as real cash. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you need to wager PKR 20,000 in eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
