Bubble Cash Platform Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to Bubble Cash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Bubble Cash ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the services available at bubblecash.net, including all games, sports betting markets, live casino, payment processing, bonuses and any other features offered on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any part of the Bubble Cash platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform.

These Terms are written in English for clarity. In any situation where a translation creates ambiguity, the English version takes precedence. The platform operates in PKR and is intended for use by residents of Pakistan aged 18 years and above.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the Bubble Cash platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We take age verification seriously. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
• You must be a real individual — not a company, trust, partnership or any other legal entity acting on behalf of another person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws that apply to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or any part of it. If you have previously requested self-exclusion, you must not attempt to reregister.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must be operated solely by the individual who registered it.

We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on Bubble Cash. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious breach of these Terms. Accounts identified as duplicates may be closed and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current address and contact details. If any of this information changes, you are responsible for updating your account profile promptly.

Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements, evade verification, or misrepresent your identity is a direct breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Bubble Cash will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords or reuse passwords from other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Report any suspicious account activity to support as soon as you notice it.

4 Deposits and Payments

The Bubble Cash platform operates entirely in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). All deposits, account balances, stakes and winnings are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion steps or hidden exchange rate charges.

Supported Deposit Methods

We currently support the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed quickly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits via the Easypaisa network
• Raast — instant PKR bank transfers via the Raast interbank payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Mobile Wallets & Cards — additional supported methods as shown at the cashier

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These are displayed at the cashier screen before you confirm any deposit. Limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Bubble Cash balance quickly after confirmation. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit has not appeared in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Failed or Disputed Deposits

If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but not credited to your Bubble Cash account, do not attempt to deposit again immediately. Contact support and provide the transaction ID or screenshot from your mobile wallet or bank app. Our team will investigate and resolve the discrepancy.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to a PKR payment method in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account or a payment method that was not used for deposits on your account without completing additional verification.

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are available via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. The method available to you may depend on your deposit history and verification status. Withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. During high-volume periods processing may take slightly longer. We do not impose unnecessary delays on routine withdrawal requests.

Verification Before Withdrawal

We may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts. This is a standard security measure. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid CNIC or other identification document. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification, not cancelled.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time Bubble Cash may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback offers and other promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. These general rules apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements — this means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be converted to withdrawable funds. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be stated in the specific bonus terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal is available from that bonus balance.

Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Bubble Cash reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• If a bonus was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault, we reserve the right to remove it from the account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the Bubble Cash platform — including slots, live casino tables, and sports betting markets — are governed by their own individual game rules displayed within the game interface. These general rules apply across all gaming activity on the platform.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events), football, esports and other sports. All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. In-play odds change continuously and the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, Bubble Cash reserves the right to void affected bets regardless of outcome.
• Void bets have stakes returned to the account balance.
• Match abandonment, postponement and other exceptional circumstances are governed by standard sports betting settlement rules stated in each market's specific rules.

Slots and Casino Games

All slots and casino games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. Results are independent for each spin or round — past results do not influence future outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel.

Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game, the round may be voided and the stake returned. If a fault occurs after a bet is settled, the settled outcome stands. We are not liable for losses resulting from internet connection failures on the player's side.

8 Responsible Gaming

Bubble Cash is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or emotional distress. We provide tools to help players manage their activity.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when lowered; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Controls: View your session duration and balance history at any time from within the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary pause or permanent self-exclusion via support. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be used and no marketing will be sent to you.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Bubble Cash platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or market prices
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or miscalculated odds — any winnings from known errors must be reported and will be voided
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to process funds from illegal sources
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or through coordinated abuse with other players
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

We actively monitor accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, we will take appropriate action including account closure, fund forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

10 Privacy and Data

Bubble Cash collects and processes personal information in connection with account registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals and platform use. The full details of how we handle your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key points regarding your data:

• We collect only what is necessary to operate your account and comply with our operational requirements.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data, identity documents and account activity logs are retained for the period required by our data retention policy.
• You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you by contacting support.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Bubble Cash platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical issues.

• We are not liable for losses arising from internet outages, device failures or connectivity issues on the player's side.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to use of the platform.
• Our total liability in any dispute is limited to the amount of the stake or deposit directly involved in the matter.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from the player's failure to read and understand bonus terms, game rules or withdrawal conditions before acting.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Changes to Terms

Bubble Cash reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on their account. It is your responsibility to keep your email address up to date.
